Ramon Franco embarked on his professional journey in 1990 with Club Med, the European resort Company, pioneer of the all-inclusive concept. Starting as a G.O.®, he had the unique opportunity to immerse himself in diverse cultures and manage resort operations across Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. His leadership potential was recognized in 1995 with a promotion to Regional East Coast Supervisor at the North American headquarters in Manhattan. By 1998, Ramon advanced to Manager of Airport Services and ultimately became the Group Sales Manager of Key Accounts, where he managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies and prestigious non-profits including a former U.S. President's Foundation.

After 22 years with one of the world's most multicultural companies, Ramon decided to channel his extensive experience in hospitality and travel into a new passion: Real Estate.
