About Teresita

Tersita de Blank entered the exhilarating and fast paced real estate industry in 1987. As a marketing and Sales Manager for the Cutler Oaks Residential Community, this was the pioneering gated community in what is now Palmetto Bay.

Teresita holds a BA from the University of Miami with a major in Marketing and Advertising. This element of her background gives her customers an edge… “merchandising and marketing a property are the delight of my business day” recalls Teresita. She pursed her marketing knowhow in New York City working for top advertising agencies as – Doyle Dane, Bernback and BBD&O. And just before venturing into her passion for real estate, she spearheaded marketing positions at Burlington Industries and Avon Inc.
