Jennie Rossy-Pigeon, Associate

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Jennie Rossy-Pigeon, was educated in an all-girl parochial school.  Being that her father was in the shipping industry, he relocated his family first to New Jersey, then to Jacksonville, Florida and later to Miami, Florida.

By this time Jennie had enrolled in Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  It was there she obtained her BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.

After college, Jennie came back to South Florida and started her sales career.  She first became an Administrative Assistant to the Import Sales Division, later moving to Inside Sales – export of Crowley Maritime located in Miami.  Thereafter, she accepted a position as a Pricing Analyst for Seaboard Marine, also located in Miami, where she used her Spanish language skills communicating with clients in Central and South America.  Accepting a position for handling inside sales for distribution abroad, Jennie was hired as an Inside Sales Representative for the 3M Company, Export Division, in Miami.

In the meantime, Jennie met her husband through her company doing business with his company.  Unfortunately, he was relocated to Venezuela.  They maintained a long-distance relationship for several years until they decided – enough is enough – and got married.

They were immediately transferred to Guatemala.  With her husband being in the shipping industry, which demands frequent relocation, Jennie found herself in China, Ukraine, Italy and Chile.  It was in these countries she raised her two children.

“I really lived the meaning of the word diversity, and came to realize, too, there is no place like home.”

Jennie and her husband have now relocated back to South Florid, which Jennie joyfully refers to as “home”.  Even though she thought Weston had too much of a “suburban flair”, after having lived all over the world, she and her husband felt it was a great place to continue raising their family.

With one child in college and one about to finish high school, Jennie decided to jump back into the sales and marketing arena of her youth.

With her experience in relocation, sales, marketing and pricing analytics Jennie is the perfect fit for Real Estate.  She joined EWM because she felt it is a company with a “hometown feel” but with the large corporate outlook to which Jennie was accustomed.  She appreciated the professionalism of the company from the moment she walked through its front doors.  She felt the sense of the “high moral compass” as well as the “top ethical business practices” from the president to top and local management and the staff.

Jennie wants to communicate the truth of market facts and trends to her buyers, sellers and investors.  She wants to make sure that each of her clients experience top-of-the-line customer service as well as the opportunities to build their Real Estate portfolios.  Her goal is to help her clients build wealth.

Jennie is fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in Italian.

“Travel early and travel often. Live abroad if you can. Understand cultures other than your own.  As your understanding of other cultures increases, your understanding of yourself and your own culture will increase exponentially.”                                                          –Tom Freston
