Gulshirin Jorayeva

Gulshirin (Shirin to her friends) was born and raised in Turkmenistan, in Central Asia. As one of nine siblings, she knew from an early age what it was like to be competitive. Among her siblings she was the only one to obtain a university degree, graduating with a Master of Science in Agronomy from Moscow’s RUDN University in 1992.

For more than 15 years she was Head of the Ozone Unit in Turkmenistan and responsible for Turkmenistan’s fulfilling of international obligations in terms of the Vienna and Montreal Conventions. A published author of academic literature, her works have been published in Turkmen, Russian and English.

In 2017 she relocated from Turkmenistan to South Florida. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, agronomy, interpreting and international relations fields Shirin brings a superior level of knowledge to any discipline she engages in.

Recently, she has focused her passion on the real estate market and joined the Cobus Kevin Group, who are the top selling Luxury realtors in the Fort Lauderdale offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty. She believes an affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway and the Cobus Kevin Group provides all the tools needed to effectively represent buyers and sellers. Her focus is on residential estate from Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale and everything in between. Together with her colleagues in the Cobus Kevin Group Shirin is able to advise on any properties in the tri-county areas of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Gulshirin is fluent in English, Russian, Turkmen, Italian and Turkish.

Gulshirin is the proud mother of a teenage daughter. Being an animal lover, she donates to animal shelters. She has also adopted two cats from the shelter.
