Hey Y’all! My name is Alfredo Picaz, but almost everyone calls me “Fredy.”
Born in Anaheim, California, Fredy was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina which has given him his southern charm.
Before Real Estate, Fredy immersed himself in automotive sales for a high-end brand. He also worked in management in the regional Latino music industry by managing artists and tour dates. These afforded him his communication skills as well as a dedication to his customers wants and needs.
His family has a Real Estate firm in North Carolina. Real Estate has nudged and called his name since he was a young man.
Fredy has now relocated to his dream home in paradise, “Miami.” He has joined Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices EWM Realty in the Aventura office so that he can service the golden coast of Florida -- Sunny Isles, Aventura, Hollywood, Miami Beach and other coastal areas.
He specializes in high-end residential, waterfront properties.
