Born and raised in Argentina, Lucrecia Quarti is now a happy resident of South Florida.
Lucrecia is no stranger to relocation – having moved from South America to Miami. She has not only adopted the Miami lifestyle, she has embraced many cultures from around the globe.
“My fluency with the Spanish language fits perfectly into our area. I can relate to anyone who migrates to the United States and needs to settle in and make this their new home.”
Prior to her Real Estate career, Lucrecia worked in her native Argentina at a business magazine, “Mañana Profesional,” in the Marketing Department for twelve years. This experience was her backdrop for preparation of promoting not only herself but also her clients’ properties.
“Real Estate is no longer a selling business. It is a marketing business. Proper marketing attracts buyers to your properties – giving you the best exposure and posture for showcasing my clients’ homes in the best light for the highest possible offers.”
Lucrecia worked with two South Florida developments, Biscayne Beach and Bay House, on the sales team prior to entering general Real Estate. She was excited to join the Elena Chacon group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty at the Key Biscayne office where she could put her marketing background into practice.
Lucrecia possesses a curiosity for people of other cultures. Seeing that Miami is a “salad bowl” or “cultural tapestry,” she has rolled up her sleeves to embrace working with people from all walks of life.
Lucrecia is a quick study and loves to learn new things.
“I study the charts, graphs and statistics that help me stay on top of this industry with its ever-changing landscape.”
Follow up is another key to winning in the Real Estate world, and Lucrecia possesses incredible drive to succeed, prides herself on “follow up” and “follow through” to get the job done to successfully reach the Closing table.
Interacting with buyers and sellers and getting to Closing after tough negotiations are a few of the reasons Lucrecia loves this business.
