Eric grew up in real estate; he received his first real estate license in Pennsylvania ("PA") in 2000. His father is a top producing Realtor for over 30 years regularly ranked as one of the best (top 1%) in the nation, his mother has been a Realtor for 20 years, and his brother for 10 years and is a current real estate broker in PA. Eric's immediate family has over 80 years of combined real estate experience.
Since Eric comes from a Real Estate family, he has been investing in and managing real estate his entire life. Eric worked directly under his father where he learned the business and handled over 100 transactions in a single year. Eric has been investing in real property starting with an investment property he bought at 19 years old; he is happy to share his experiences with international buyers and/or investors looking to purchase in South Florida. Eric works with luxury buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, renters, and assists in commercial real estate transactions. Eric earned his Juris Doctor ("JD") and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, studying under a Supreme Court Justice, his Masters in Sustainability from Harvard University, and his undergraduate in Finance and Management from Georgetown University. He has worked for Rothschild, Blackrock, Morgan Stanley, Harvard Management Company, FINRA and a Federal Judge. Although he does not practice law, he passed both his New York and Florida bar exams on his first attempt.
He currently resides in South Florida and serves Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Pompano, West Palm Beach, and the Palm Beach areas and surrounding. Eric is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and was highly decorated after fighting in the invasion of Iraq in 2003 with 2/25 H&S Co.'s Scout/Sniper Platoon. He is always happy to help a fellow veteran or first responder.
