Karina Ugarte

Originally from Miami, Karina grew up with her two siblings in the beautiful Village of Pinecrest. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Miami (Go Canes!) and upon graduating, moved to Washington D.C. where she worked in marketing at a technology firm.

After a few years in beautiful but chilly D.C. Karina decided to move back to her hometown of Miami and began her real estate career in the dynamic South Florida market. She joined Berkshire Hathaway EWM in 2012 and began working with Pamela Ugarte, her mother, and a veteran agent. The Ugarte team uses their extensive marketing knowledge, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, negotiating skills, and network of international clients in aiding clients in their real estate transactions.

Karina works with both local and international clients utilizing any of the four languages she speaks (English, Spanish, French, and Italian) and focuses on an unparalleled client experience. Both Karina and Pamela guide buyers, sellers, and renters through their entire real estate transaction. Her in-depth understanding of the Miami market, full transparency, and positive attitude, is an asset to all of their clients

In her spare time, Karina enjoys taking her rescue dog named Oso to dog parks, traveling with her husband, taking Pilates classes, spending time with her family, and checking out new restaurants that open in this vibrant city!
