Living and working in South Florida for well over 30 years has continually fueled Vanessa’s passion for Real Estate and Interior Design. Vanessa always envisioned charting a path to helping others and found her true calling in real estate, serving clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Vanessa is a member of The Riley Smith Group, a leading real estate group within Berkshire Hathaway Home Services representing the Coconut Grove area.
Vanessa is knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate process with an extensive background in the administrative field having supported leadership in institutions such as the University of Miami as well as Presidents and CEOs of firms. She is now leveraging her business and managerial competence by bringing her experience in areas of enterprise administration, logistics and operations as well as sharing her sense of design with her clients.
Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business from Florida International University. Her undergraduate degree in Business coupled with her work experience has provided her with the valuable skills she uses daily in real estate to educate homebuyers and sellers, and to effectively market properties.
Vanessa feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends therefore establishing a strong network beyond the sale.
She understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in South Florida with its unmatched venues for art, fashion, architecture, entertainment and dining. In essence, her underlying message to her clients is rooted in the fact that South Florida speaks to beauty, culture and community that can and should be called home.
