Joan Ochoa

I was born in Massachusetts and raised in South Florida. I attended various schools in Miami and received my Law Enforcement Certification from Miami-Dade College. My first career was with the City of Miami Beach and I retired after an exemplary 27 years of service.

In 2006, I began my career in the Real Estate Profession to be able to continue to providing a valuable service to my community. Whether you are selling, buying, renting or investing, I am committed to getting you where you want to be. I am a member of the National, Florida and Miami Board of Realtors®. I have earned the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation, Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, the Fair Housing - At home with Diversity designation and the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative Designation, from the Board of Realtors. We made our home in Pembroke Pines for 32 years. Seven years ago, after becoming empty nesters, my husband and I moved east to Hallandale Beach. I am the mother of 3 sons and 2 step-sons and a proud grandmother. Today, we are enjoying a new lifestyle that comes from living on the east side, close to the water to enjoy boating activities and beautiful beach walks. South Florida offers a variety of activities for all ages, not to mention that our weather is very appealing.
