Stephanie Doppelt

•Grew up in Boca Raton, went to school in Tampa, and moved to Miami. Has been a Florida native her whole life. Born into a real estate mogul family, Stephanie has been learning the ropes of real estate since she was a child. She was brought up in a family full of commercial and residential developers all over New York City, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach who have been in the business for over 60 years. She has worked with extremely high-end properties and gained relationships with clientele around the globe. Stephanie makes certain she gives her clients personalized attention and makes them a priority. Hence her slogan and main focus is always “Making each person a priority”.

Stephanie joined Coldwell Banker in 2014 and worked with The Jill's, the number one real estate team in Miami as ranked by The Wall Street Journal. She learned the highest level of knowledge and expertise as a real estate specialist.

In 2017 Stephanie joined One Sotheby's International Realty working on the Schwartz team and was awarded top producer of 2018.

Stephanie's top priority as a real estate specialist is making each person a priority. She takes pride in being flexible and accommodating to each individual client and their needs. No matter what time of day it is or short notice before showings Stephanie will make the necessary adjustments to be there and make all individual parties satisfied with their service to get the deal done and make her clients happy.
