Raised in North Carolina, where warm Southern hospitality is the way of life, LeAnn Soto graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. With an adventurous spirit, she became a flight attendant with Delta Airlines. "With thirty-six hour layovers in major cities, I met people from all over the world and saw places I dreamed about as a child." She enjoyed this career for nine years.
LeAnn moved to Miami, married, and while raising children, studied Art and Architecture, and obtained her Interior Decorator's license. She has staged homes and involved herself with various projects. "I oversaw remodeling and the addition to my home as well as completed various faux painting projects commissioned by my clients."
Because of her love for all things "home", friends and family encouraged LeAnn to go into Real Estate. Now that her two wonderful, active daughters are teenagers, LeAnn decided that Real Estate would be a great career.
"Knowledge is power, and as a professional, one always needs to be relevant." LeAnn also desires that her daughters see her as a woman of empowerment.
Her business philosophy is simple: "The ability to listen is a critical skill. I listen carefully in order to ask the right questions that will best help my customers obtain their desired goals. I believe in the power of marketing and use it creatively."
As an equestrian and equine owner, she understands the special agricultural and equine property needs. "I speak equine." Her daughters have competed in local and national hunter/jumper competitions. She volunteers and shares her two miniature horses with the local non-profit Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center.
Sensitive to diversity and appreciating your uniqueness, LeAnn understands today's modern family. She is a Southern lady married to a Colombian gentleman. They have made Miami home for the past thirty years.
