Real estate was an inevitable calling for Scott, whose father worked in the South Florida real estate business since the 1970s. A Miami native, Scott grew up attending weekend open houses and went on to obtain his Florida sales license while in college, always thinking he might pursue that career path.
Scott graduated from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, where he received the Dean’s Graduate of Distinction Award for the top overall graduate. His minor in Spanish, plus living in Ecuador, Honduras and Spain, afforded him fluency in Spanish and the ability to work with a diverse clientele. He then served as a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, prior to dedicating himself full-time to real estate.
In 2019, Scott earned membership in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty’s Chairman’s Club and BHHS’ Leading Edge Society. He also holds the certification of a Luxury Collection Specialist. Specializing in both residential and commercial real estate needs, his focus is in the Miami sub-markets of Coral Gables, Brickell and Pinecrest; yet he has represented buyers and sellers from Hollywood to Homestead.
Scott believes that true success lies in having real relationships. “Our homes and places of work are often at the center of those relationships, and by assisting with the process of purchasing or selling, I get the amazing opportunity to be part of the life-changing event of making a move for those I work with.”
His philosophy is simple: honesty and integrity come first. Such commitment and dedication are why so many customers, even those who’ve worked with many other realtors over the years before him, recommend him to their friends and family. His thoroughness, knowledge, attention to detail, and vast connections are also why clients continue to give him glowing reviews for excellent service and results.
Scott resides in Coral Gables with his wife Michelle, who is also Miami-raised, and children, Clara and George. Outside of work, traveling, playing guitar, community involvement and home improvement are a few of his favorite pastimes.
