Rolando-Rivas-Camp has worked as a registered architect for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), the nation’s largest owner of civilian real estate, the last 10 years serving as Deputy Chief Architect, overseeing the design and construction of GSA’s nationwide portfolio consisting of 1800 government-owned buildings, including more than 500 historic properties. The Office of Design and Construction with its Design Excellence Program, provides national leadership and oversight in architectural design, construction, and commissioning of art.
Upon retiring, and recently relocated from Washington, DC to Miami, he embarked on a new career, residential real estate, a passion of his for many years. He brings a vast and unique wealth of knowledge in design and construction to the real estate profession, providing his clients with industry insights, potential design options, and practical innovative solutions to assist in their real estate acquisitions as a Real Estate Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.
Mr. Rivas-Camp holds a Bachelor's in Design and Masters in Architecture degrees from the University of Florida, was a foreign exchange student in London and was the U.S. representative in an intensive program at the International Center for the Study of Preservation and Restoration for Cultural Property (ICCROM) in Rome. He is a registered architect and was elected Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
