Vice President and Sales Manager for Aventura, Nick joined the EWM family in 2018.
Nick grew up in Hollywood and now is raising his family in his home community of Hollywood Lakes. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Nick’s career included extensive real estate and corporate management experience. He began his career in the Mortgage industry eventually opening his own company with two South Florida locations. During this time Nick was a consultant for a non-profit overseeing home acquisitions and resales of government owned homes.
Eventually with the economic turn in 2008, Nick accepted a position at Fannie Mae as an Asset Manager focused on our much needed housing recovery. In 2010 he was promoted to the position of Sales Manager overseeing a 12 person team managing homes throughout the southeast United States. Successfully executing on corporate strategy of making the home buying a fair and transparent process for buyers, particularly owner occupants. In charge of Real Estate Broker onboarding and training, Nick has a wealth of experience of every aspect of the real estate transaction from listing to closing after overseeing tens of thousands of home sales. As a subject matter expert for the company, he conducted corporate training events coaching over 500 Brokerages in Florida alone. Through best practices in marketing, leveraging new technology, and the ability to coach teams to better performance, his team led Fannie Mae in results multiple years running. Always looking for ways to work smarter and drive his teams to better results.
In 2018 Nick came on as vice President & Sales Manager for EWM Realty International in Aventura. Focused on delivering the best service for our clients with the most respected real estate company in South Florida. This is critically important time for our industry and we have to make sure we continue to expand our marketing footprint, deliver the best technology, and make sure that clients understand the value a great agent and company provide.
