Natasha Melendez- P.A.
Licensed Realtor with 5 years of residential sales experience with an average sale of 3 million dollars. I have lived in Miami for 10+ years and love the diversity that it offers along with the absolute luxury of having beautiful weather year round. I’m extremely passionate about real estate and love the many advantages this profession creates. I find the opportunity to meet and help new people with different objectives to be an exciting, rewarding experience.
I work with buyers, sellers, renters, property investors and developers in the luxury real estate market. However, the dream of Homeownership is not just limited to the luxury market and I welcome the opportunity to work with both buyers sellers in all markets. I’m completely dedicated to helping people, whether you are looking for your first home, transitional home, or your dream house, it would be a privilege for me to assist you in finding the place you can call home. As a real estate professional, I consistently engage in continuing my education and elevating the set of services that I offer to my clients. I respond to the needs of my clients and make myself available from start to closing, and even after the sale. I study the market diligently and educate my client on the market conditions while searching for the best properties that will fulfill their vision of the perfect home.
My experience working with a successful builder with more than 20+ years of experience in the development of luxury residential properties throughout Miami from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Ponce-Davis, Pinecrest to Miami Beach, has enabled me to confidently advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers, increasing the average selling prices by 10% from initial appraisals.
I graduated at Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I also completed a Paralegal studies program at the University of Miami and have experience working as a paralegal in a real estate law firm. My commitment is to my family, and the community in which I live in and find it paramount to give back. Charities that are close to my heart and that I currently and actively support include “His House Children’s Home,” “Children’s Literacy Foundation” and “The Humane Society.”
