A South Florida native and life-long resident of Fort Lauderdale, Kathryn Glenewinkel has extensive experience working within Broward County with numerous public, private and non-profit institutions managing special projects. Her understanding of business practices, strategic planning and business development has led her to a successful career in real estate.
Kathryn attended and graduated from Broward College and Florida Atlantic University earning a BBA, in Business Management & Finance and Masters of Business Administration.
Early on, Kathryn worked for the State of Florida as a Real Estate Development Specialist where she was responsible for the enforcement of the Florida Condominium Law. Prior to working in real estate, Kathryn also worked for the City of Fort Lauderdale in economic development and managed the Neighborhood Services Division.
Over the past 30 years, Kathryn has been very involved in the community taking leadership positions in organizations including the Broward College Foundation, Beaux Arts of the Museum of Art, Children’s Opportunity Group, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Saint Thomas Aquinas High School and Women’s Way of the United Way.
She has partnered with Judy High and EWM Realty International where they take the utmost care of their buyers and sellers. They are known to handle luxury, waterfront and golf course properties.
