Ramon Franco got his start with Club Med, the European Resort Company and pioneer of the all-inclusive concept, back in 1990 as a G.O.® He was afforded the opportunity to live and work in numerous resorts throughout Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Relocating Is An Exciting Change…
Ramon knows that relocating can be a challenge and he recommends that you keep that experience as a positive change for your family. In 1995, his accomplished customer service skills provided him the opportunity to relocate to the company’s North American headquarters based in Manhattan as Regional East Coast Supervisor. Three years later, Ramon was again recognized by the company and relocated to Miami where he assumed a new role as Manager of Airport Services. Ramon’s next and final role with Club Med was that of Groups Sales Manager of Key Accounts. In this role, Ramon acquired, cultivated and managed key accounts, including Fortune 500 companies and a non-profit organization founded by a former U.S. President.

At the end of 2011, after listening to Steve Jobs Stanford commencement speech 2005 he soon realized that it was time to make a bold move. It was all about connecting the dots, following your passion and doing what you love.After 22 years working for one of the most multi-cultural companies in the world and a lifetime experience in travel, he realized that it was time to follow his next passion: Real Estate.
