this mediterranean inspired master planned community was developed from 2005 – 2015 and is comprised of 774 total family dwellings. the community is west of i75 off of pines boulevard in pembroke pines behind the “cobblestone plaza,” anchored by stores like ‘whole foods” and “party city” along with various restaurant offerings and banking options.

 

“cobblestone” offers its residents a noteworthy community swimming pool, exercise room, and clubhouse for special occasions. it is a gated development with a manned guard house entry (24/7) and roving security in the evenings. there are expansive paved sidewalks throughout the length of the neighborhood that are both aesthetically pleasing and conducive to evening or morning strolls. it is a pet friendly community, but you do need to take into consideration that there are two different product types within the community and the rules are different for pets between the “carriages” and the “courtyards”. this particular town home is a “courtyard” and the weight restriction allowance for pets in this product line is higher than that of the condominium “carriage” line.
