Pinecrest TreesRecognized as one of the most beautiful residential areas in South Florida, the Village of Pinecrest was incorporated in 1996. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes south of Downtown Miami and the Miami International Airport. Within its 8 square miles, Pinecrest lists its resident count at 19,460.
