“Cobblestone” in Pembroke Pines inventory sells rapidly when listed within fair market values and advertised properly from the very moment it goes live on the MLS. It’s a very aesthetically pleasing community and very well priced.

As for it’s location…it’s prime for west Broward. This neighborhood is within minutes of: I75, Florida Turnpike, and I595 access ramps; Pembroke Lakes & Pembroke Gardens Malls; C.B. Smith Park; Cobblestone Plaza (anchored by “Whole Foods”); the Pines Blvd. retail corridor, and all of the best that the City of Pembroke Pines has to offer.

As the community’s former onsite new home sales consultant from 2010-2015 for the developer, I am extensively familiar with “Cobblestone’s” floor plans, amenities, quality of construction, financing options, and surrounding areas. This particular property was no exception. We went under contract relatively fast.
