Multiple transactions in Davie with sales in the exclusive communities of Grand Oaks and Long Lake Ranches and Blackhawk Reserve; representing the buyer of the last remaining custom homesite in exclusive Parkland Golf & Country Club and selling a home in less than two weeks in Parkland's Pine Tree Estates; listing a dream estate in Plantation for $2.595M; marketing a half-block assemblage for sale in Mary Brickell Village for $6.5M; and rapid expansion of market share into East Fort Lauderdale, selling a condo in the Waverly at Las Olas, a multi-milliondollar waterfront estate in Las Olas and listing a fantastic point-lot home in gated Bay Colony for $4.5M.

In 2011, he was given an opportunity to represent an estate in Weston’s Windmill Ranches. The estate had been previously listed on and off for over 10 years! He sold the home in 41 days, representing both sides of the transaction. In 2012 he was the Top Luxury Agent throughout Parkland. In 2013 he broke residential sales records in Coral Springs with multiple million-dollar-plus sales. In 2014 he was responsible for selling Southwest Ranches most expensive estate ($5.53M). In 2015, significant sales included a dramatic up-tick in the posh community of Landmark Ranch Estates, with a $3.6M sale, two new spec-starts and two Lot sales. Residing in Southwest Ranches, Jason has been married to Mindy (a pre-law teacher at American Heritage School in Plantation) for 18 years. They have two children. He grew up in Hollywood, attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Hills High School, ultimately graduating from the University of Florida and Mississippi College School of Law.
