Living with passion, focused, high energy, a strong negotiator with excellent people skills is what best describes REALTOR® Tere Cabal of Parkland Florida.
Tere specializes in listing and selling homes in Parkland as well as servicing her existing clients from Aventura all the way north to Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
Her 15 years plus of banking and financial experience and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients, is distinctive in everything she does. Tere attributes her success and accomplishments to her analytical view of every situation and her aptitude for solving problems with pragmatism and prudence. “Everyone’s motivation to sell or buy is different and this is why I love working in Real Estate. Being able to help my client make the right decision, with accurate market information and analysis, is key because these are major decisions for any individual or family. You need to genuinely care”.
Tere is native from Colombia, lived in London for many years before she moved to USA where she has been a Florida resident since 1989. International exposure mixed with her Latin flair makes an interesting combination. Tere maintains her sense of humor, cheerful personality and appreciation for the small things that truly matter.
In her free time, family is most important. You will find Tere and her husband riding bicycles around their Parkland neighborhoods. They participate yearly in the charitable ride “MS 150”. At home, they love to entertain and it is common to see them with neighbors and friends playing guitar and piano, which their special needs son enjoys very much.
“The best compliment I can receive is a referral. A smile on my clients’ face is a hug in my heart. It means they know I care and that my guidance in finding or selling their home was accomplished successfully. Earning their trust is most important to me. This is why I choose to be a REALTOR®”.
“Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end. It’s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it’s a day you’ve had everything to do and you’ve done it.”
