Simone Weissman Stein is a Realtor of choice for Miami’s luxury buyers. After all, she is the estate agent who listed the highest penthouse in Florida. She also boasts the honor of being the top showing agent for the Coldwell Banker real estate team ranked No. 1 by The Wall Street Journal in 2013. Her work with Coldwell Banker eventually led her to EWM International Realty’s Nancy Batchelor Team, one of Miami’s most prominent real estate groups selling $108 Million in Sales for 2014. A native of La Gorce Island in Miami Beach, Stein grew up in the area, attending Ransom Everglades School in Coconut Grove. She later moved Atlanta, Georgia to to study economics at Emory University. She capitalized on her degree as well as her acumen for marketing and statistics as a marketing and sales coordinator for a local media company – an experience through which she developed close relationships with key influencers in Miami and New York. “My business contacts expressed interest in purchasing property in Miami, so I decided to earn my license as a way to help people experience how fantastic it is to live in this city,” Stein says.

Credited by clients for her tireless enthusiasm and enduring patience, Stein’s reputation as an uber-professional precedes her. Not only does she fulfill what buyers and sellers want, but she pushes her services beyond that, offering concierge services that include a lifestyle package to acclimate newcomers to Miami’s neighborhoods and driving tours to showcase the city’s main attractions. Today she supports the arts through her patronage of the Miami City Ballet and Miami Broadway series. In addition to her engagement with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and the Miami Jewish Federation, she spends her personal time enjoying skiing, yoga and The Miami Open each year in Key Biscayne.
