Originally born in upstate New York, Seth has since called South Florida his home for over 40 years. 

After graduating from and receiving a B.A. (Bachelors) degree from the University of Miami and then later graduating from and receiving a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from Nova Southeastern Law School, it became obvious to Seth that his true passion was actually real estate. While many of his colleagues and peers primarily looked at real estate as a job in order to earn a living, Seth viewed the real estate industry from a completely different perspective. To him, real estate was a true calling and a career.


For the past 17 years Seth has dedicated himself to providing all of his real estate clients with an unsurpassed level of knowledge, integrity, customer service, passion, expertise and true professionalism. As a result of his strong work ethic and his true dedication to his career, he has exceeded his clients’ expectations in all of these categories. When dealing with Buyers his main goal is to find them the best available property at the lowest possible price. He always tells all of his Buyers, “If it’s out there and it’s a good deal or a good investment, I will find it.” When asked why he goes to such lengths to be so candid about the pros and cons of a specific property to a Buyer, his response is simple, straightforward and rather profound, “How could I tell a Buyer who is possibly making the largest financial decision of their lifetime to buy something that I myself would not consider buying. After all, it’s not like buying a television, you don’t get a chance to return it if you later find out that you don’t like it”.


On the opposite end of the spectrum, when dealing with Sellers his primary focus is to work diligently to market and price his listings so that his Sellers “net” the most amount of money possible when they sell their home. He takes great pride in the fact that his dedication, strong work ethic and vast industry knowledge has often resulted in a Seller selling their home for the highest possible price in the neighborhood and within the least amount of time, regardless of overall market conditions at the time.


Seth feels that information is power and as such he ensures that all of his clients are fully aware of the potential consequences of each and every decision they may make in a real estate transaction. He has repeatedly said, “Information is the key. The more information you provide a client, the better suited they are to make an informed decision and analyze all of the potential real estate options available to them.” For example, often a client will come to Seth telling him that they want to buy a specific type of property in a specific location. But after taking the time to really get to know the clients on a personal level and carefully listening to them explain their wants and needs to him, he often provides them with options that they might not had considered or even known were available to them before speaking with him.


Seth is determined to consistently put his clients’ best interests ahead of his own. Whether his clients like what he has to tell them or not, they know one thing about Seth, he will tell them the truth. He is constantly available to his clients 24/7 and will always provide them with his honest opinion about any set of circumstances and answer any and all of the questions that they may have regarding their transaction.
