Matt is a full-time agent based in EWM Realty International’s Brickell office.  From this central location, he is able to serve clients across Miami, but concentrates particularly on Brickell and Downtown, Miami Beach and South Beach, and the desirable neighborhoods of Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.  Matt is currently focused on advising buyers in connection with purchases of single-family homes and condominiums, including properties being acquired for development purposes.  He is also active in the commercial real estate space, working particularly with tenants in connection with office and retail leasing transactions around Miami-Dade County.

Matt received his master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence.  He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College London, and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Prior to joining EWM, Matt enjoyed a successful international career in professional services.  Specifically, he worked for a number of leading national and international law firms in London and New York, including leading global firms White & Case and K&L Gates, in senior business development and general operational management roles.  He began his career in London, England, as a Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, the former global audit, tax and advisory services firm.

Matt, who has resided in the United States for more than 17 years, has a long history with Miami.  He first began visiting Miami in the early ‘90s, and like many people, has marveled at the city's extraordinary development and transformation.  He lives in Brickell with his wife and young son, and when not immersed in all things real estate, he enjoys a number different sports and keeping fit, particularly cycling, being on the water, cooking and entertaining, and he keeps a close tab on Miami’s vibrant restaurant and arts scene.
