Since joining EWM in 2009, Josh has become one of the group’s most successful realtors. Ending his first year with over $600 thousand in sales, he is currently at over $10 million, reflecting his ever-growing skill and dedication. In 2011 Josh was honored by EWM Realty with an invitation to the prestigious Chairman’s Club for having a volume of sales within the top 2% nationally.
 
In 2012 Josh was again honored when he was inducted into the prestigious Presidents’ Club for having a volume of sales within the top 1% nationally. Already among the elite of real estate, he nonetheless continued his impressive track record, making Chairman’s Club every year since 2009. With $9 million in sales thus far in 2015, he is set for yet another invitation to this prestigious body.
 
Josh’s sales are projected to increase even higher, currently consisting of $1 million under contract, $1 million in active listings, and another $2 million in new listings. His work with residential buyers alone is valued at up $5 million. With 10 active listings, 7 pending sales, and 35 FNMA listings, Josh’s enthusiasm for real estate is boundless.
 
Josh offers more than just raw sales volume. His success is a testament to his down-to-Earth and personalized approach to real estate. He takes the time to learn about each individual client’s needs and how best to find their ideal property. With degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, Josh is equipped with a unique skill set which has enabled him to expertly serve multiple roles.
 
As a realtor he has worked with all levels of clients, from buyers and sellers to landlords and tenants. As a financer he has built strong relationships with local, regional, and national banking institutions (e.g., Bank United, FirstBank Florida, and Fannie Mae) by assisting them in the evaluation, asset preservation, marketing, and selling of REO’s. Josh also has extensive knowledge of the foreclosure and distressed property market in Miami, which is in especially high demand.

Assisting in transactions ranging from $50 thousand up to $5 million, Josh has dealt with almost every kind of client, giving him a diverse knowledge base in real estate that few can match. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting a property, the process can be complex and stressful, but Josh works hard to make it painless and ultimately rewarding.

On a personal level, Josh is a proud new father to a beautiful daughter, and enjoys spending time with his family.  He and his wife are active with Kiwanis of Little Havana, and always love participating in the annual Carnaval celebration. A lover of travel, his most visits were to Spain and Puerto Rico.
