Charlotte Tomic, a resident of a beachfront property in Miami Beach, has personal knowledge of the construction of most of the important buildings in this area which would facilitate the selection of a potential resident. After moving from New York 10 years ago with her husband, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine psychiatrist and professor, Dr. Samuel Mowerman, she created a boutique public relations agency (Tomic Communications) after a long career working with St. John’s University and GolinHarris, a top marketing communications agency. Her transition to real estate allows her to use her communication skills to advance the needs of her clients looking to sell or buy their homes. She is confident she will be able to sell residential and commercial properties in South Florida tapping into her wide network of potential clients.
As a traveler to many countries and cities throughout the world, Charlotte very much enjoys helping people from other cultures find the perfect property in Miami.
Charlotte devotes much of her spare time to public service, doing pro bono marketing for various non-profits and serving on their boards. She is very involved with the cities of the Miami area and is stalwart in improving the quality of lives of both the underserved and the wealthy. She also has many personal contacts with local governmental agencies and community organizations. She is on the MidBeach Neighborhood Association, and previously served on the Mid-Beach Neighborhood Alliance.
Charlotte is a proud daughter of two survivors of the Holocaust and does pro bono marketing work for Next Generations, a nonprofit dedicated to keeping the memory of the Holocaust alive to prevent future genocides, and the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy, whose chair is Alan Dershowitz and executive director Dr. Charles Small.
