Many people ask how I can work in the real estate industry....a constantly changing, complex world of contracts, inspections, and lending issues, with no guarantee of income or success. The reason I do this is because of the feeling I get when I do things well and exceed expectations. I do this job day and night and realize it's not really about the house, the property, or the transaction. It's about the people I meet and the people I help. Selling a property and moving to another space, sometimes in another city, state, or country are 2 of the most emotional things individuals do in their life times. I want to be your guide and make the transition as seamless as possible. Again, it's about you and a level of care you expect and deserve.
I answer my phone, texts, and emails. I try to answer questions before you ask the question. I am professional and courteous....with you, your family and friends, other agents, potential buyers, potential sellers, the front door person at the luxury highrise, the gardner at the gated estate, the mortgage lender, the title company representative, and the inspectors. I provide a high level of service and communication...not because I have to, but because I want to.
My Midwest parents taught me the value of a dollar and to do my homework before buying or selling anything. They taught me to do the sale while respecting all parties involved. Most of my early years were spent on a North Dakota farm, then onto college in Bismarck, ND. I succeeded at sales when I moved to Minnesota and worked for MN Fortune 500 companies, ultimately working for a 3rd generation, family-owned, real estate company just outside of Minneapolis, MN. I moved to sunny Florida in December, 2015, after studying the market for a year. I loved visiting potential communities and now understand the many, tri-county real estate options. My new home with EWM Realty International is a good fit. Established in 1964, EWM now has 10 offices in South Florida. When asked what company current real estate agents would choose, if they had no broker to sell their home, a report showed most agents would choose EWM Realty International. This says a lot!
