I have been a Realtor with EWM since beginning of 2002 .  I have sold luxury homes to small rentals.  I enjoy working with first time home buyers finding it exciting and rewarding.  Additionally many of the rentals I have listed or found have been for students in college.   I have worked with relocating individuals who commenced working for various government agencies.  I have also worked on 1031exchanges and have a wonderful list of investor clientele who rely on me to show them great investments as soon as they come on the market!
