Joe Yazdan-Parast

Javad (Joe) Yazdan Parast moved to Miami from Houston, Texas in 1979.  He attended Florida International University where he studied the natural sciences and business. After college he worked in Accounting for a chemical company.  “This was a great job for me because I was able to save them a lot of money. They were about to overpay taxes; and during my research, I discovered some tax advantages that my company was not aware of.”  This was also where Joe met Mitra, his wife of thirty years.

Joe has a business professional for over twenty years.  In 1999 he began working as a mortgage broker and then expanded his career within the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry for the past nine years.

Joe is the consummate professional and believes that complete product knowledge, confident execution and excellent customer service leads to lifelong relationships. He takes great pride in the fact that he has maintained one of the highest level of repeat and referral customers in the industry. A few years ago, he was fortunate to place a woman in a wonderful home and then recently he has been working a contract with her son. “I find it an honor to work my way through an entire family,” Joe laughed, “especially because my clients are the greatest people to work with!”

Joe enjoys helping first-time home buyers to find their dream home. “I love the excitement level of first-time home buyers when I hand over the keys to their brand new home.  They are a reminder of why I got into this business!”

Joe is member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County (RAMDC), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Joe enjoys spending personal family time with his wife, two kids and Chico (the family Yorkshire terrier). His hobbies include watching football, gardening and entertaining friends.
