We are the JKlahr Team which consists of my husband Jose and myself. Judy Klahr . We moved to the USA 30
years ago and settled to stay. We love South Florida and made
Miami our home for the past 29 years. Hablamos Espanol.
Our biggest pride are our beautiful daughters, Jannine 28 and Jessica 25 who are now adult
married young ladies and professionals themselves. Jannine works in
marketing research for commercial real estate and Jessica is an elementary school teacher.
I have been in real estate sales for over 27 years and
specialize in luxury residential, especially in Aventura, Sunny
Isles, Bal Harbour and North Miami. Jose, with his MBA in
investments and financial expertise, joined me 7 years ago and
prefers the commercial side of real estate. A great team, Jose loves talking to people and establishing new relationships. With my patience and dedication to buyers and Jose's finance and
business experience we make the perfect team for a home buyer or
seller, a renter, a business investor or commercial buyer. And in today's market, we specialize in finding good foreclosure opportunities.
With my Spanish background, my Latin American clientele feels very comfortable knowing we speak the same language and
understand their lifestyle. At the same time living in this country
for so long has made us Americans at heart.
