I was born in Florida, grew up in Virginia, and finally returned to Florida to live in 2001. I have sold real estate in South Florida since 2003,  specializing in Commercial Real Estate since 2004.
 
Several years ago, for five years, I was a successful Business Broker in Albuquerque, NM and San Diego, CA. I became my company’s top producer in Business Brokerage for two of those years. I also received training in Commercial Real Estate sales, and sold several properties as part of business sales.
 
Wrapped around my years as a Business Broker, I spent over twenty years in international sales and marketing management, working for several multi-million dollar, multi-national companies. I managed sales, and traveled extensively in the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, living in Greece and Mexico for six years of that time. I also managed marketing functions for the Europe-Africa-Middle East area while living in Germany for two years. 
 
I possess an MBA degree with a specialization in International Business from Thunderbird  School of Global management in Phoenix, and a BA in Business Administration. I was an Army Special Forces officer for six years, I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently, and have studied French and German.
 
My business life is now fully dedicated to Real Estate sales in the South Florida area, working with end user buyers and investors.
