Marty Smetanka is a native of South Florida, born in Broward County. He graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School and attended the University Of South Florida. While serving as a Fire/Paramedic Officer he was involved in Real Estate investing for 20 years.
Marty joined EWM in 2003 and soon thereafter made EWM's Chairman's Club as one of the company's Top Producers. He is the consummate professional and believes that complete product knowledge, confident execution, and excellent customer service leads to lifelong relationships. He takes great pride in the fact that he has maintained one of the highest levels of repeat and referral customers in the industry.
He resides in Weston with his wife and two children and is active in the community as a volunteer with the Weston chapter of the YMCA, with WALL softball and baseball and at Eagle Point Elementary and Tequesta Trace Middle School. When not working he enjoys the outdoors lifestyle by sailing, camping, surfing and snow skiing.
