Kate brings 20 years experience as a real estate agent and relocation specialist to EWM’s position of Corporate Listing Manager. Her firsthand participation gives her knowledge of the concerns of the transferee, as well as, the needs and requirements of the corporations. Having been “on the other side” helps Kate appreciate the tremendous effort and flexibility required of the agents who chose to work with the corporate transferee.
Being a Relocation Specialist is more than being a realtor! A Relocation Specialist is a realtor with many talents: appraiser, property manager, community information source, and community promoter coupled with the ability to follow instructions, give attention to detail and write concise reports.
